Founder and CEO LaTanya ‘Legacy’ Arthur, a former level III , DAU-Certified Contracting Officer for DOD learned the hard way that performance without recovery doesn’t last. She built her career on responsibility and results, managing multi-million dollar contracts, and meeting every placed expectation. Burnout revealed the truth; that discipline alone cannot sustain.

Her healing journey led her to become a Holistic Health Coach and subsequently attain the designation M.A. HWC, first to restore her own well-being, then to guide others who were quietly depleted. Over time, travel became part of that work; not as an escape, but as intentional restoration.
